SHIPPING

We are shipping worldwide, and we try to help in case of any delivery problems, however Cremacaffè Design is not responsible for any delivery delays arising from Customs inspections or public holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will be taken to a Thank-You page, which is your order confirmation; on top of that you will also get a PayPal order confirmation e-mail.
We aim to ship all orders within three (3) business days after the order has been confirmed/paid-in-full. The shipping usually takes 6 to 20 business days, depending on the delivery area. If the item you ordered cannot be sent for some particular reason (e.g. it went out of stock), we will get in touch and inform accordingly; in case you already paid for it, we will ask if you would like to wait for the next stock availability, or if you would prefer a refund. If you do not receive the item(s) or if the delivery differs from your order, please contact us immediately. Cremacaffè Design cannot be held responsible for missing or unclaimed packages.

SHIPPING COSTS

We try to keep our shipping costs as fair as possible, choosing the most convenient, yet secure shipping service for you, on a case-by-case basis. From “View Cart” You can see shipping costs automatically added to your order, according to weight and value amount of the items you are purchasing; in cases where shipping costs are already included in the product price, you will not see any specific voice about shipping costs. We want to be fair independently of the area you are purchasing from; in cases of any delivery difficulties, we will get in touch.

Our delivery options as for now include: Priority Package and Registered Mail via POST.

1) International Priority Package is a reliable and convenient delivery option. It can include tracking, depending on the delivery country. The package is usually delivered directly to the recipient’s home address or the recipient’s nearest post office, from which the package can be retrieved. Small products will be delivered as letters.

2) International Registered Mail includes item tracking and a receipt of having posted an item. The item is handed over to the addressee or a person authorized by the addressee only against a signature. The identity of the addressee is verified.

Fast shipping services are not available at this time.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order in text form (e-mail) within one week from the payment, stating a valid reason for it – if the item is provided to you before the expiration of this period – through the return of the item. The period of time begins to run following receipt of this advice in text form, however not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurrent delivery of goods of the same type, not prior to receipt of the first part delivery). In order to comply with the period for revocation, the timely dispatch of the revocation or of the item is sufficient. The notice of revocation is to be sent to: orders@cremacaffedesign.com

Please notice that most of our products use repurposed, recycled and natural materials, which give each product a unique aspect; meaning that products outlook may slightly differ, from the photos you see on this website, or on any other digital media, including promotional material of different kinds used by Cremacaffè Design; in some cases, especially according to the product nature itself, we are not able to replicate the exact outlook. Being said that, you understand that if the functionality of the product is not compromised, this cannot be taken as a valid reason for cancelling or returning an order, as it would be in contrast with our brand and products philosophy.

Consequences of Order Cancellation

If you want to return your purchase and the items you ordered can be returned in their original cosmetic conditions, you will be refunded of your order minus the shipping expenses borne by Cremacaffè at the time of the purchase. Shipping expenses for the return of the items are to be borne by the Customer.
The refund will be issued upon receiving the returned items, and after we assess that they can be put back on sale. If you are unable to return the goods received in their original cosmetic condition, i.e. without any scratches or broken parts, you will not be entitled to any refund.

RETURNS

If you are willing to return a product please send an email to orders@cremacaffedesign.com with your transaction number, product serial number and Customer details. We will contact you and provide further information on how to proceed with the return.

Any item(s) damages and contamination must be avoided. The product shall be returned unused, including all accessories and in resalable condition. Please keep in mind that this is not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.

WARRANTY
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions.

Should articles delivered show obvious material or manufacturing defects, please notify Cremacaffè Design immediately. The failure to make such complaint does not, however, have any consequences in relation to your statutory claims.

We kindly ask you to send a proof of purchase date (e.g. transaction number), a picture of the defective product that shows the defect, as well as your full contact details to the following email address: orders@cremacaffedesign.com. You will be informed about how to proceed via e-mail.

Normal wear and tear of the goods does not establish a warranty right.
